Tool which will simplify notifications about late loans distribution
Very simple and intuitive desktop application which enables creating and sending notifications regarding delayed payments. The system can be integrated with client's accounting databases such as ERP Optima or Subiekt. It imports informations about all contractors who are behind on the payments and details of invoices.
The system allows users to manage templates of notifications regarding delayed payments. They can can create messages templates and choose the amount of delay days assigned to them. Based on the template, the application automatically generates the messege with adjusted content.
The user can sen email messages in the application. All he has to do is integrating his e-mail server with the system in a few simple steps. E-mail notifications can be sent to individual contractors or groups chosen by the user.
